At MFC, we want you to love your home; if your furniture or decor isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.

Log into your MFC account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer concierge team with your order number to start the process.

Prepare Your Item

Carefully disassemble furniture if necessary and place the item back into its original protective packaging to ensure it remains safe during transit.

Schedule a Pickup

For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional carrier pickup at your convenience; for smaller decor, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
